Elizabeth A. Peltier Parsons Scholarship

Established through the generosity of her husband, Vincent, the Elizabeth A. Peltier Parsons Scholarship assists academically achieving Norwich Free Academy graduates achieve an accredited on-campus college degree. The scholarship is awarded to graduating NFA seniors and may be renewed during the recipients undergraduate degree program. The scholarship is $10,000 per year for four continuous years.

The application for this scholarship will open March 1, 2026 and close on April 5, 2026.
